Do You Have Any Back-to-School Fitness Goals?

Truth be told, I've been out of school for a while now, but as Labor Day approaches, I get that back-to-school mind-set. I want a new pair of shoes, a fancy bag, and a fresh start — Summer is over and now it's time to get back to business. Early Fall is similar to New Year's Day in that I like to recommit to my fitness life and reevaluate my goals. The change in seasons inspires me too. One thing I am planning to do more of is adding plyometrics to my strength training and mixing up my cardio a bit more. Maybe even add some school-yard fun and jump rope. What about you?

Now that school's back, I won't be able to go to the gym every day like I did in the summer - but I hope to get in at least 5 days a week (if I'm not too exhausted with my studying!).

To do 100 pushups at a time. I'm up to 70 right now...I'm getting close! And to stop slacking on my cardio. Lately I've been cutting down on it and I REALLY need to get back on track.

My college offers free weight-room access, and i have a couple hours between classes so I'm hoping to get in lots of gym time. I've lost 15 lbs since February, just 15 more to go and I'll be at my ideal thin weight.
