Do You Have Cellulite?

It's estimated that 80 percent of the female population has cellulite. While it's hard to embrace our dimply thighs, celeb trainer Jillian Michaels and starlet Kim Kardashian have both publicly admitted to having cellulite. During bikini season it's difficult to hide from the fact that most of us have some, but that also means it's not something we necessarily need to hide. Tell me . . .

I'm skinny, working out, not eating much and I do have. But who cares? :P

Yep. It doesn't really bother me though - I HATE it when I put on some weight because my thighs look horrid, but if I slim down a bit I mainly notice it when I "squeeze" the skin there. Bah, there are more important things in life that. I'm surprised 20% of the female population doesn't have cellulite though, I thought it'd be way less than that! Does that also include little kids?!

Oh yes sir, i definitely have cellulite, I´ve had it probably since my early teens (I´m almost 24). I hate it, but only now ïm taking proactive steps to reduce it.

I don't, but I do have stretch marks, blegh. I work out a lot, so as long as I'm healthy that's good enough for me!

I have some on my thighs. I didn't though, when I was a teenager but I got heavy for a year and then lost it and there it was, and still it remains.

Little bit. Didn't have when I was fatter, but I was a teenager then.

I have some, not a ton, but definitely a bit on my outer thighs, bum, and the top backs of my thighs. I don't LOVE it, but I'm not ashamed of it!

Also, sorry Fit, but I wish you would stop using that photograph for the cellulite posts. I don't think that woman has much to worry about! :)

i don't have any. i'm sure it's based purely on genetics, because i've went from very thin to thick and back again without getting cellulite. i do however have some spider veins...uck.

Yes. Unfortunately. :) On my butt and the backs of my thighs. It probably is genetic; however, since I've been ill this year, I've slacked off with the exercise and it's definitely got worse as I've lost muscle tone. I probably ought to concentrate on some strength training before summer this year! Being winter on top of being in convalescence has made me seriously sedentary lately. However, no matter how much exercise I do, I think I would still have quite a bit of cellulite. I remember having it as early as 14 and probably before that. I became "aware" of it (embarrassed by it!) at 14 when I was on holiday with my family and had to share a room with my brother; I was wearing shortie pjs and he pointed out the "dimples" on my legs. I think that was one year I really wished I had a sister instead! :)

Yes - I think everyone has at least a little bit. I haven't run anyone who hasn't personally.
