I'm the first to admit that I have an enormous sweet tooth. Sometimes, a meal just isn't complete until I follow it with a little something sweet (usually a piece of dark chocolate does the trick). How about you . . .

I try to keep strawberries around so I won't mess up. Luckily, I rarely crave sweets. (Mainly just around that time of month.)

After eating I just have a taste for sweets. It's like eating something salty then wanting sweet. The end of a meal usually leaves me wanting something sweet to finish it off.

My family always has fruit: **Fresh berries -- plain (no sugar or whip cream. If they're ripe you don't need them) **Baked pears -- 10 mins. at 350 with cinnamon **Frozen grapes -- make sure you get the seedless kind!! **Pineapple -- the acidity is great for your digestion Trust me, you'll feel so much better if you switch out your ice cream or cake for one of these treats. And considering the cost that fresh berries or pineapple can be, I consider these a real treat for myself!!

I love sweets so much and I don't love savory food very much. I could also easily cut back on anything salty or even lunches or dinners and I need something sweet after every meal. I deliberatly leave room sometimes, also because I get bored of a certain dish very easily too. Does not always have to be a lot but something. I absolutely love chocolate and I would never give it up, nor could I : ) Funny thing for me too is that when I am out to eat, I usually do not order dessert a lot..not crazy about it than for some reason.

i really only ever eat dessert at family birthdays and holidays...or if i'm out at a restaurant and they have something that looks phenomenal :) other than that, i don't keep sweet stuff in the house so i'm never tempted!

I always have to have something sweet after lunch and dinner. However, it really doesn't matter what size it is but I've noticed that whenI can't find anything small that is available I tend to go for a chocolate muffin, a whole candy bar etc. So I always keep a bag of hershey kisses in my desk and I eat only one after lunch and one after dinner.

I like something a little sweet because it gives my meal a finality or else I risk feeling like I'm not done. What's weird is that when I go out to eat, I usually don't want to get or split dessert.

i usually don't if it's just myself eating or myself and my fiance. i think that when i'm with my mom, i do since she likes to have sweets - or maybe she thinks that i like them, i'm not sure. lately at least, when i've had dinner at her house - the sweet at the end of dinner is fruit - so that's more my speed -but when we're out - we usually get a dessert to split and that's not always my preference.

No. although after dinner I always think "What do i have for dessert" I actually don't have anything for dessert, so I drink some tea sweetened with splenda or something. my fiancee agrees though, that he doesn't understand why people want dessert after EVERY dinner.

Ha, I am so unused to eating dessert, that I often forget to save room for it during the holidays, or when I go out! It's not really because I'm so virtuous...if I'm still hungry, I'll eat more dinner! I never even think about dessert, but sometimes we have cookies around, or popsicles, yum, for snacking!

Definitely. And that blueberry tart doesn't look bad at all. I'd love a raspberry one that the one I had on a trip to the museum.

It depends on the mood and certain circumstances but I do find that if I do not get enough protein in during the day I have a bigger urge for something sweet at night.

No. Even though I love sweets, I tend to be full after the main entree that I am left with no room for dessert.

Always! I usually just have a small piece of chocolate (50 calories worth), nothing crazy. However, I could probably eat about 10 of those if I'm not careful! ; P

No, not anymore. For the last several weeks, I removed all sweets from my diet for health reasons. I haven't had any dessert, and my sweet craving is gone. I feel better, and I gotten leaner. My abs have more definition.

Yep, even if it's just a taste...my husband good-naturedly teased me about it until my sister came to visit us...we were having dinner and when we were done she announced that she needed something sweet to finish the meal -- it was total validation for me! :)
