Now that Fall has rolled into town, I realize I didn't go to my gym once this Summer. I skipped early morning spin classes for biking outside and ditched the treadmill to take it to the streets. Weight training . . . well I skimped on that a bit last season, but I did manage to fit quick circuit training into my busy weeks. Now that the darker mornings are making it harder to exercise, I can feel that my gym time will be increasing soon. I feel safer under fluorescent lights than exercising on dark roads. What about you?
