Do You Juice?

It can be hard to fit in all the vegetables and fruit you are supposed to eat every day, so the crop of juice options popping up in supermarkets and juice shops can be a welcome sight. Drinking a cold bottle of cold-pressed green juice can be just what you need to up the nutrients you're getting to ward off sickness and feel more energized.

While some people use these juices to go on three-day juice cleanses to detox or lose weight (which may not be the healthiest idea), others just like to add a few juices into their normal everyday diet.
