There are many things that interfere with sleeping through the night. Be it a digital alarm clock. There is another thing that wakes many of us up at night, and by the photo below, I bet you can guess what I am talking about.
Waking up with that full bladder feeling, knowing you won't be able to fall back asleep unless you stumble to the bathroom to go, is just another annoying thing that interferes with a good night's sleep.
