Do You Usually Eat Your Meals at the Same Time?

I'll admit that I'm a creature of habit. I eat my meals and snacks at pretty much the same time Monday through Friday. I eat breakfast when I wake up, have a little snack around 10, lunch by 12:30, another snack around 4:00, and dinner by 7:30. If I don't eat at the same times every day, my body reminds me with a dull headache or rumbling in the tummy. The weekends are a little different because my schedule varies, but for the most part, I stick to a regular mealtime schedule.

I always eat on schedule, except for the weekends sometimes. Breakfast at 7, lunch at 11:45, snack at 3, dinner around 6 60 6:30.

I eat breakfast at about 6:30 every morning and get my other meals in when I have time so the time changes day to day

never. i barely ever eat breakfast and only occasionally lunch. dinner is some time from 6pm-11pm.

My rigid eating schedule drives my boyfriend crazy! I eat dinner at 7 pm at the LATEST, and he prefers to eat around 9 or 10 pm (when I go to bed!). He'll make sacrifices for me and my routine, but only because he knows how cranky I get if I don't eat at my scheduled times (Breakfast at 7 am weekdays, Lunch at 12 pm, Snack at 3:30 pm, Dinner at 6 pm).

based on my work schedule, i'm pretty much on a time schedule as well. i usually have breaks from meetings at the same time during the day and then i get home usually around the same time as well, so i typically manage to eat (meals and snacks) at about the same time. the only times that it changes up is on the weekends cause i have breakfast (we eat out) and that's at a different time compared to the rest of the week.

Usually it's the same time each day, but if I have to work the really early shift at work, I have to go to bed way early and I end up eating my dinner very early.

For me it's not about a specific time but the hours between meals are always the same. I have breakfast as soon as I wake up and then I get hungry for lunch this many hours later. During the week it's always the same but I noticed that this happens on weekends and vacations.

"Sometimes, it depends on my schedule." My vote. But I always end up having three full meals at the end of the day no matter what time I eaten my meals. My body just craves three full meals.

I'm pretty regular during the week but on weekends everything gets thrown off course. Mostly because I like to sleep in and have a later breakfast.

it's the same times for me - except weekends are a little different but generally I get up later, therefore eating breakfast later, so everything gets pushed back a bit, but the spacing between meals is generally the same.

Coffee from around 8-9 am, breakfast at 9, lunch at 12:30, afternoon snack at 3ish, dinner at 5, snack at 7:30... it has helped me lose weight and keep my digestion in check (if you know what I mean.)

Ugh our "unofficial" lunch break is not until 1 pm at work and I eat breakfast before I leave the house (8:00 a.m. or before) so I am RAVENOUS by lunchtime! I hate that! Therefore I always have to snack in between.

I notice my body doing the same thing if I don't eat at the same time every day, so I definitely try to stick to my schedule. I usually get a bad headache. Though, at times, it's not always that easy due to my schedule.
