I never got it adjusted because of this. I'm really glad that I didn't get it adjusted!! Kind regards, Andy Moquin Engagement Rings Community of NY Buffalo, New York hmweis1 5 years My fingers swell when I work out, so I always take my wedding ring off before. 1cigarrette 5 years One of the reasons I started using fitness gloves (Nike = love!) was so that I didn't have to remove my rings... :) LindsayLou 5 years The only time I take my ring off is for boxing class! Any other workout I keep it on :) ella1978 5 years Ha, I meant TOO, but said to.. you get the point! ella1978 5 years I to have a finger swelling issue when I work out. I leave my ring at home and put it on after my shower! Autumns_Elegy 5 years I only wear three rings, one my boyfriend gave me and a dummy set. I work out with them on, specially when I'm the only woman in the weights room! katiekat95 5 years If I had an engagement/wedding ring...I would totally wear it ;) misskacie 5 years I usually wear an eternity band, and it's still just a bit scary for me even though it's not a big, honking rock. I have a plain backup wedding band (no stones), specifically for running or the gym. It's more for comfort than anything-- there's the occasional creepy guy but my gym is mostly college age hitting on college age. I'm irrelevant. ;) EcoGirl 5 years only earrings ..... LilyLyra 5 years I only keep my engagement ring on. But yes the underside of the ring isn't so round any more because of wearing it while lifting weights. Not so happy about that, but I rarely if ever take off my ring. Spectra 5 years I only really wear my wedding/engagement rings and I don't take them off except when I shower and or when I'm getting my hands gunky because I don't want to get the stones dirty. runningesq 5 years My fingers swell in the heat ... so I take them off - even my wedding band and ering. arianamarie 5 years i'm not married, so i take my rings and jewelries off, but i understand why people have it on lydialee_home 5 years I don't wear any kind of jewelry when I work out. My work out is all in the morning - as soon as I get home and take a shower, I will put my wedding ring/earring back. hlj504 5 years If you lift weights or use any equipment like that, you can also damage the underside of your rings. Best not to wear them - plus, I don't like getting my jewelry sweaty! :) Kimpossible 5 years No, no jewelry at all when I'm working out. AlexisSF 5 years no, no, my fingers swell so badly when i work out! ally14 5 years I wear rings unless I'm dancing because then they tend to slide off when I open my arms swiftly. Yogaforlife 5 years I try not to take my wedding rings off if I can help it. Sometimes in yoga though, I have to take it them off to do an asana so i take it off and set it just off the mat and then quickly put them back on when I've finished. GlowingMoon 5 years Generally, I take them off, especially if I'm doing weights. Zulkey 5 years yeah sorry about that--I did my research and saw it is possible to chip a diamond. don't listen to me. Lo-Lo291303 5 years Zulkey - it's definitely a diamond. My fiance got the ring from a family friend who we trust. Since the pave diamonds are really small, it's hard to tell exactly what's wrong with it. It may have fallen out altogether, or it could just be dirty. Either way, our jeweler has offered to replace it and accepts full responsibility :) cg130 5 years If I'm working hard, I will get super sweaty, and I can't deal with rings on sweaty fingers!
