Both! It's much easier for me to find the time to work out on the weekends than during the week.

Both, since I have time to ride my road bike on Saturdays, and to finish the weekend with a 5 miles run along the beach on Sundays. Its really the only time I get to be outdoors...the rest of the week is dedicated to the gym!

Both, I work out at home doing DVD's, treadmill or recumbent bike. :)

I chose other becuase, I choose Sunday not for the reason in the poll...Saturdays are the only day that free...friday you had to work, sunday you are thinking about going back to work, and saturday is the only free day that you don't have to think of work. lol

I usually end up skipping a day or two during the week, so I try to fit in a workout on Saturday and Sunday.

I looove my Saturday morning workouts. The gym's practically empty and I can do whatever I didn't have time to do on the week.

I work out every other day of the week so this weekend it was Sunday workout and next weekend it'll be Saturday. I did go trekking around a forest all day yesterday though so guess it's a two workout weekend :D

I work out every day of the week - on some weekdays, twice or three times a day, and its serious training. Saturdays and Sundays are my 'fun' exercise days - RPM and Body Jam on Saturday, and an Endurance RPM class on Sunday.

I love working out on weekends as the gym is practically empty and there's no wait for equipment.

I usually work out every day during the week, so Saturday and Sunday are my off days, but occasionally I'll trade a Monday workout for a Sunday.

On saturday, I do 45 minutes cardio, pilates, and weights. On sunday, I dance at home for an hour and do my rubber bands.

I usually take my scheduled day off on Sunday, but sometimes I take Saturday off. It really depends on my mood and how I'm feeling. Sometimes I work out on both days...it's all a matter of how much time I have and how I'm feeling.

I try to fit it in both days. I try to do Monday-Thursday and take Friday off and then do Saturday and Sunday or atleast 1 weekend day.

I really try to do both. But, I try and always workout on Sunday. It helps start the week off to a great healthy start!

yay I worked out today! for me it's usually Saturdays because I'll pig out on Friday, feel guilty, and then make myself workout the next morning. I'll go Sundays if I forgot to go Saturday though.

I took my dog on a 6 mile run this morning (Sat). And tomorrow I will probably go for a bike ride.

I do both days - it makes me feel relaxed knowing that I've done something great for myself. Also, that way I can have a rest day on Friday when there's no time after work to hit the gym before going out.

I agree with others' frustrations that gyms open later on the weekend! My gym doesn't open until 10 on the weekends, but I like working out at around 7. I get really thrown off because even if I show up right at 10, I won't be back home, showered, and ready to do anything else until at least 12, and then I feel like I've "wasted" half of my day.

I like to hit the gym on both days, but now that the weather is getting nicer, sometimes we go hiking one day then the gym the next.
