I have found that weekends, as wonderfully unstructured as they are, can wreak havoc on my eating patterns. It seems that discipline goes out the window on both Saturday and Sunday. There's the sleeping in, followed by brunch, a late lunch, and maybe a night on the town. Without my weekday structure, my eating pattern changes drastically and not always for the better. I am wondering if I am alone in this change.
