Do you find it easier to stretch when the weather is hot and humid?

Stretching is one of my favorite activities and warm weather really inspires me to work on my flexibility. The heat seems to make me more pliable and the stretching even more enjoyable. Does the warm weather have that affect on you too?

Ever since I pulled my quad, stretching is just a way of life. When the doctor looked at me and asked me if I stretch and I replied "No", he said "At your age, you just need to stretch." OUCH!

I hate doing ANYTHING in hot weather. I've always lived in really nice weather (central cali) never too hot or cold, so since moving to southern cali, it's too hot for everything. I feel so gross when it's hot out, like a SLUG. I'd much rather it be a little chilly out. I do like to stretch though, I've just recently started yoga and kickboxing, so stretching is very much a part of my life now haha

i am godawfully inflexible and my favorite time to stretch is right after cardio or in/after the shower....the heat and humidity of a shower definitely helps me.

Hot humid weather feels good on my sore muscles. I only like it briefly, however, but it does feel good for a while, like being in a gym sauna.

Oh, goodness, yes. I am so stiff in the winter, it is very hard to stretch when it's cold.

I like to stretch, but I don't think the weather has anything to do with it. :)
