Ingredients

2 cups spinach
1/2 cucumber
3 stalks celery
1/2 bunch parsley
3 carrots
2 apples, cored
1/4 orange, peeled
1/4 lime, peeled
1/4 lemon, peeled
1 bunch fresh mint
1/4 pineapple, peeled

Directions

  1. Place the ingredients in a blender (you can leave the skins on the apples and cucumber) and puree, adding water or ice as needed.
