When you spend a lot of time at the gym working out, embarrassing moments happen. When these things occur, it's important to laugh it off, pick yourself up, and stay on track. Hopefully these are simply memories of the past you can look back on and laugh at — and nothing feels too fresh or painful.
When you bump into co-workers and you're seriously sweating. Everywhere.
When there's no other option and you have to pass gas during yoga.
When an overzealous instructor dumps water over your head. Without your consent.
When your bootcamp instructor calls you out and makes you do push-ups in front of everyone.
When you lose your headphones and phone while you're on the treadmill.
When you bump into that cute trainer and you're rocking your bottom-of-the-drawer gym gear.
When you fall out of a new yoga pose in class and hit the ground (or your neighbor) hard.
When you've been doing a bunch of squats and stretching and suddenly catch a glimpse of a huge hole in your crotch.
When you turn up your treadmill speed too high and have to jump off. Or fall off.
