This week's challenge: Give up a vice for a week and blog about it in the Get Fit For 2011 community group. Even if you're not religious, you can use the season of Lent to break some bad habits. Giving up sugar, meat, or caffeine are just a few "vices" worthy of an experimental breakup. Come on now — it's only for a week. What's your vice?
