Sorry but most of these are totally inappropriate for anybody, especially amateurs. How about just a simple military press? Easily done with correct body mechanics and really very little else is required to build bombproof shoulders for most people. Attempting to execute overly complex and badly described shoulder exercises are a recipe for disaster.
