Get Fit For 2010: I Want to Lose the Post-Pregnancy Weight

Here's what FitSugar user Ketiera wrote about her goals in our Get Fit For 2010 community challenge and contest.

Hello Everyone! My name is Kindra. I just turned 26 on the 27th of January.
I'm in a wonderful relationship with the love of my life, Ian, and we have a beautiful 8.5-month-old daughter named Jasmine.

I have a budding career as a massage therapist but I haven't returned to work because I don't have a state license and I need to have better physical health. Luckily, I'm  jumping through the hoops towards getting my license. So now my resolution is to stop procrastinating on my diet and exercise. Jasmine is getting more mobile with each passing day — I'll need strength, stamina, energy, and endurance in order to keep up with her, especially when I return to work.

Before the pregnancy, I admit that I was verging on being too skinny. I was 5'4" and weighed 120 pounds.

This is me 2-3 weeks before Jasmine's birth. If I remember correctly I was around 170 pounds.
This was taken on Tuesday (hehe don't mind the mess). I'm currently 153.5 pounds and I am going to lose 23.5 lbs. Wish me luck!
