I've been doing a consistent workout plan for a few months now. I feel like it gives me a good balance of cardio, strength and flexibility training. Here it is:
Sunday: AKA Rest Day, but sometimes I do 30 minutes of restorative yoga. This week I did Sara Ivanhoe's Crunch Yoga.
Monday: The treadmill and elliptical for 60 minutes of high to moderate intensity cardio. This week I did 35 minutes on the treadmill (for my day one, week seven of Couch to 5k training), and 25 minutes on the elliptical.
Tuesday: Yoga! If I have time, I do Shiva Rea's Yoga Shakti 90 Minute Solar Flows. If time is short, I DVR, Inhale with Steve Ross on the Oxygen Network — 45 minutes or so fast forwarding through the commercials.

Wednesday: Day 2, week 7 of Couch to 5K training and the elliptical — 60 minutes total.
Thursday: Yoga at home.
Friday: Week 7, Day 3 of Couch to 5k and the elliptical — 60 minutes total.
Saturday: Free 90 Minute Yoga Class offered at a local studio.
