Hi, my name is Brittney and my New Year's resolution for 2009 was to lose weight. I have successfully completed that resolution and have lost 100 pounds.
For the 2010 New Year I have made the resolution to add weights to my workout and start toning. I go to the gym five days a week and I've added 30 minutes of weight training to the start of my workout. I finish that up with cardio.
Another one of my goals is to complete a 5k. I'm not much of a runner so I downloaded the Couch to 5k iPhone app — I'm really excited to get started on that.
