If you enjoyed the Memorial Day stability ball workout and bikini bootcamp video from the Tone It Up group, here's a Fourth of July workout to help you feel confident in your bikini this weekend.

Tone up in just one move for that red, white, and blue bikini.

It's a plank, to a ToneItUp tummy tuck, into a tricep push-up, and then a back row! This move tones up the abs, waistline, triceps, and shoulders. Firms the chest, your back, and tones up the thighs!!
