Salads can be yummy when made with a variety of veggies like carrots, grape tomatoes, and yellow peppers, but to me, they're so much more exciting when they're tossed with juicy pieces of fresh fruit. Sliced apples and pears, grapes, strawberries, and oranges are some of my favorites.
