Funny Video of Three Guys Doing Cobra Pose on a Game Show

Not a Good Reason to Practice Cobra Pose . . .

. . . Or is it? Check out this video from the game show Moment of Truth that definitely made me crack up. Looks like the guy on the right has definitely been practicing yoga regularly.

Cobra pose definitely works the muscles in your back, especially when you don't use your hands to support your weight — as these guys are demonstrating. Doing back-strengthening exercises like this one is a great way to prevent back pain, but I'd lose the cake and opt for something less favorable. If I had this sugary treat in front of me, it would be incentive to give up instantly just for a taste. A bowl of spiders — now that's something to keep your face out of.

Fit that is too funny! I actually would not want my face to go near a cake, so that might make me do cobras better. Hmm ... yoga anyone?
