Kelly Ripa is ripped (I never get sick of saying that). From her arms, to her legs, to her flat belly (after three kids, to boot) she's got it going on. I've always wanted to know what she does to keep so fit so I was thrilled to see that she led us all, including Anderson Cooper, through a sample workout. For the sake of keeping your pride intact, some of these moves may be the ones that you reserve to do in the comfort of your own home. You be the judge.
We did some similar moves at the Bar Method class I took recently and I've got to tell you, it's a lot tougher than it seems. Try it out — anything to get me close to being as ripped as Ripa is, is worth a shot in my book.
