Get Fit For 2010: Progress Report

We've made it to week six of the Get Fit for 2010 giveaway, and this week's challenge is to write a blog post giving us details on your progress so far. FitSugar user stef42678 posted this inspirational update:

I can't believe it is week 6 of the challenge already and I am feeling great. I really have seen an improvement in the way I feel and every day is a new accomplishment. The biggest progress is in my stress level. I am learning to control my stress by taking timeouts for me and breathing, and yoga is great for exercise and relaxation. My food intake is being focused on good foods and balanced plates, and I am taking the time to enjoy meals rather than just eat on the go or at my desk at work. I am exercising more and have seen a little loss in my waistline and feel good about taking care of myself. I think my progress is great and I can't wait for the rest of the challenge.
