January is over, which means we have all had a while to sit with our health and fitness goals for 2010. And let me say that I hope you're not sitting with your goals but are out there sweating with them. I am wondering how those goals are doing and if exercise has been part of your day so far. Me? Yep! It's the start of my weekend today *different sked I have* so I hit the gym with the treadmill workout that was featured here a few weeks ago. Love it!

Yep, I just had a fabulous post-work jumpathon - 40 mins of sweaty jumprope. I'm totally jealous of all the people who are able to dedicate more than an hour to hardcore, sweat dripping down your back workouts, I'm lucky if I can get in 20mins yoga in the morning and 40 mins in the evening 5 days a week

Just come back from my exercise, and having my 2nd breakfast now. one hour of Body Pump + 45 min of swim. mshoema - I am a big fan of Body Pump also. Our Y have it on Mon/Wed from 5:45 am, this is the only class that I try not to skip if possible!

Yes I did and I feel great!Went to gym at 5:30AM - ran 7 miles and than did intervals for 20 min on StairMaster followed by 20 min of strength training!Was running late but still manage to grab my favorite fresh beet/carrot/apple/ginger juice:)

Yup. Mondays I always feel sluggish.. Sundays are my off day. I did it though. 50 mins of intervals total on two different types of elliptical machines. Can't wait till the weather warms up.. the honey and I are going to start doing after work walks!
