Yay for the 77-y/o nun! I love reading stories about kick@ss senior citizens :) And as for the aromatherapy, as long as it makes you feel better, who cares if it doesn't have any medical benefit. Placebos are just fine as long as you tell your doctor everything that you're doing so that he doesn't prescribe medicine that will reduce the effect.
