Top things off with fresh Summer berries and crunchy pepita seeds, and you've created a filling and elegant breakfast that's fewer than 150 calories. Yogurt-Filled Cantaloupe

Ingredients

1/2 cantaloupe
6 ounces nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon raw pepita seeds

Directions

  1. Scoop out seeds from the center of your half cantaloupe.
  2. Fill the hole with six ounces of nonfat Greek yogurt.
  3. Add berries to the yogurt and sprinkle with pepita seeds.
  4. Use a spoon to scoop bites right out of the cantaloupe peel!

I love this combo, but instead of yogurt and granola I use oatmeal cooked in water and topped with almond butter. Anyways, I just thought it was interesting that the only 0.1g of saturated fat comes from the cantaloupe. I know it's just a trace amount and nothing to worry about, but I wouldn't expect it to be found in fruit.
