I like some of the meals you provide, but have one major problem with many of them - they use nuts and my family cannot eat nuts due to allergies. The question of nut alternatives is a common one as I look for new recipes to prepare for my family. So many of the "healthy" recipes call for almond flour or add nuts. Is there a substitute that can be used in place of of the almond flour and nuts in these recipes?
