Healthy Eggnog Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 3 cups almond milk
    1 banana
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, freshly ground
    1 teaspoon almond extract
    2 dates, pitted

Directions

  1. In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
