Not-so-healthy foods definitely call to me. Sometimes I can't help overindulge when it comes to my Gramma's homemade carrot cake, vanilla ice cream, or potato chips. I'm sure you can relate, but do you have the same tendencies when it comes to certain delicious healthy foods?

FitSugar reader Chelsea25 admitted she has no self-control when it comes to almond butter and is wondering what healthy foods have this power over you. Are there specific healthy foods you can't have in your house because you'll end up devouring them?

Greek Yogurt! I'll eat it with peanut butter, I'll eat it with honey, I'll eat it with granola! It's too good!

Peanut butter. It's my favorite food of all time. I could easily go through an entire jar in a day. But if I allow myself to have it multiple times a day for my protein/fat in my meals, then I can control myself. I have peanut butter with my breakfast, lunch and dinner! :)

carrots (i eat in the region of min. 4 raw carrots daily) apples and oranges; ANYTHING with corn/maize, especially if it's plain (plain airpopped popcorn, plain grits, samp, polenta, pap, corn on the cob - both sweet and non-sweet varieties) and wholegrain, multiseed foods (muesli, bread), and nuts!
