Lightened Up Goat Cheese and Herb Spread

Healthy Goat Cheese Spread Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 1 sprig chopped fresh rosemary
  2. 1 sprig chopped fresh thyme
  3. 2.5 ounces chèvre (soft goat cheese)
  4. 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  5. 1 teaspoon olive oil
  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  7. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Finely chop all of the herbs and set aside.
  2. Mix the chèvre, yogurt, and olive oil into a small bowl.
  3. Add the herbs, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix together.
  4. Serve with celery sticks and garnish with any extra rosemary.

Serves four to six.
