Healthy Holiday Tip: Start a Healthy Tradition

The time spent after eating our huge Thanksgiving meals usually consists of plopping down in front of the TV and/or heading out to the movies. Now I don't have anything against TV or going to the movies, but this Thanksgiving try to start a healthy tradition.


Gather the troops for a fun game of flag football, bike ride, hike, or even just a walk through the neighborhood to see which of your over-zealous neighbors have started decorating for Christmas already.

It's never too late to start your own tradition and next year your family may even look forward to actually playing a game of football rather than watching one on TV.
