That's a lot of overprocessed stuff there, that Kashi and Barbara's bars are packed with stuff you don't want! It's better to make your own bars and use some dried fruits instead. Peace Mike

I agree! I recently found GoGo Squeeze cinnamon apple sauce at my local Target. They are 99.9% apples and cinnamon and have no sugar added. A 3.2 oz. squeeze pouch has just 90 calories. I keep a couple in the fridge and another couple in my car. Well, at least until Minnesota once again turns into an ice cube!
