Most of these foods are in my diet...except for dried cherries, barley, and almonds cause i'm allergic.

I eat most of those foods pretty regularly. I guess it's not really surprising that my cholesterol and blood pressure are always pretty much normal.

I have a healthy heart, I eat everything on the list. Now if I could exercise more often (I hate to exercise) I'd be in better shape.

hmmm, i think i may make salmon for dinner tonight. also, need to incorporate more barley into diet. i keep forgetting that grain, but i do fairly well on others. actually cover most of that list pretty regularly....YUMMY healthy foods!
