Heidi Klum is proving that being a soccer mom is not on par with frumpy sweats and oversized t-shirts. And that her penchant for fashion is more than just critiquing the work of others on Project Runway; she's also a designer. Heidi teamed up with New Balance to design an activewear line of cottons and silks, which will include tunics, knits, woven tops, leggings, and outerwear pieces.
Heidi says the line was inspired by her own busy life as a working mother: "Whether we are dropping the kids off at school, going out with friends, running errands, running to meetings or swinging by your favorite coffee shop in the morning, we all have one thing in common — we want to be stylish, comfortable and hip!"
This isn't Heidi's first dip into the designer pool; she also launched a maternity line with A Pea in the Pod earlier this year. The Heidi Klum for New Balance line is designed with every body type in mind and will be sold exclusively on Amazon beginning Oct. 7 with prices ranging from $32 to $168.
