Have you been gawking at all the amazingly athletic bodies in this year's ESPN The Magazine's Body Issue [1]? Now it's time to see how those strong, muscled frames are made. Our friends at espnW shared this workout (and lifestyle tips!) from professional hockey player Hilary Knight [2].

So, Hilary Knight wondered, when does the taking-off-the-clothes [3] part happen?

First things first. It took a lot of kettlebells, a little almond butter, and some fire cupping for Knight to get there in the first place (see below).
