This is the first winter I have been working out at the gym almost every day. Boston Winter is harsh!! But it feels so good to be working out. The only tip I can give from my experience is DONT starve yourself or detox.. it will only make you binge and it wont last. Good luck everyone!

The third tip is so true. I gained 14 pounds drinking hot chocolate for three weeks. I called that relationship off.

my fav was also the wearing fitted clothing tip. It really makes you so much more aware of your figure during winter months!

Great suggestions! My favorite is wearing fitted clothing. I am guilty of doing this, my workout clothes, aka work clothes, are always fitted tights and tanks but when I get home I just want to lounge in huge sweats :) It's great working in a gym and being able to wear workout clothes all the time just have to keep myself in check since I really only dress up on the wknds
