It depends, mondaymoos. I think for her age and fitness level it probably is weight loss, but for my age and fitness level, it would be maintenance. Also depends how much crash dieting someone's done in the past, as that tends to skew the natural metabolic rate.

She looks great, but I wouldn't want to maintain a 1,500 calorie diet all the time either. That's a weight LOSS intake, not a weight maintenance intake.
