All that turkey on Thanksgiving sometimes feels like an appetizer for pumpkin pie.



If you're interested in burning the calories in a piece of pumpkin pie (316 calories) topped with two tablespoons of whipped cream (16 calories), you will need to burn at least 332 calories. And we have treadmill workout that will do just that.

You're missing the point. Calories consumed are calories consumed, healthy or not. And the point of this post is to introduce a workout that burns an amount of calories approximately equivalent to a slice of pie, in light of the upcoming holiday season when a lot of people gain weight from rich holiday desserts and meals.

I think I would die if I did 8.0...literally die. haha =p David - perhaps I'm missing something, but the writer doesn't mention anything about good calories like nuts and fruit, only calories from the pie (hence the title of the workout). I think you may have misinterpreted the writer's intention. At any rate now I want a slice of pumpkin pie!
