Ingredients

  1. 1 whole medium-sized spaghetti squash

Directions

  1. Wash the squash and poke it 10 times with a sharp knife.
  2. Place the entire squash in your slow cooker (no water needed), and secure the lid.
  3. Cook on either low heat for 6 hours or high heat for 4. You'll know it's ready when the outer flesh is soft.
  4. Carefully remove from the slow cooker as it will be flimsy and hot.
  5. Cut the squash in half, scoop out the seeds to later roast, and use a fork to pull the strand-like flesh away from the peel.
