From old-fashioned-looking kettlebells to the spring-loaded machines found in a Pilates studio, I'm always mixing up my strength training accessories. I try to convince myself that varying my methods of resistance creates serious muscle confusion, ultimately making me stronger. But honestly, I switch it up to keep workout boredom at bay.
