I recently went from being a vegetarian, to consuming a paleo (lean, ethical sources of meat, fruits, veggies, nuts, fats) sort of diet. Without grains, it is definitely harder to make my daily fiber intake. I do consume avocados regularly, though, and man are they packed with fiber! Great entry! :)
