How Many Fitness DVDs Do You Own?

I have a shelf on one of my bookcases devoted purely to workout videos, because let's face it — between work, my family, and other obligations, getting to the gym or to a class doesn't always happen. I love knowing I can pop in a video whenever I have space in my schedule, and feel good about having a little "me time," even if it's only for 10 minutes. Plus, since there are so many types of fitness DVDs out there, I can strengthen my core doing Pilates, stretch my hamstrings doing yoga, or sweat it out kickboxing, depending on my mood. I definitely own more than 11 videos; what about you?

I have 18 and I love them all. I have dance, yoga, pilates, strength and cardio. I like that I can switch it up to suit my mood or if one becomes easy, I can shelve it and bring it out in a few weeks and it's back to being challenging.

30 day shred is amazing! Just used it for the first time today and i was very impressed. Short but effective and she's so motivating!

i have 3, but my favorite out of them all is the 30 day shred! it`s a really good workout for someone who doesn`t have a lot of equipment.

I don't have any =(, but I have a lot of fitness books (I like bikini bootcamp), and I use great resources like youtube! You guys should check out island girl workouts hula abs and buns(45 mins long, parts?), and 5 minutes abs with tammy (first link, and she has different areas of the bodies to target). I also have wii fi.

I think I have at least 10 different ones hanging around, but I really want to get 30 day Shred because I've heard such good things about it.

I mostly work out at home, so I have a lot of them. It makes it so much fun, like "what class would I like to take today?" :)

One - JM's 30 Day Shred - and that's only after I read all the raaave-reviews here! I've been doing it for almost 2 months now, but it's still *seriously* hard to get through a session... it does work you hard!

I like Yoga and Strength Training DVDs a lot. I do my own running/cardio routines, but definitely like to be lead through strength training and yoga. I also have a lot, because doing the same old same old all the time can get boring!

I gave about half of my old ones away because they were too easy, but I'm sure I have at least 11 left.

I have a couple that came free with some yoga equipment but I never use them plus I have never bought a fitness video/dvd; nowadays they're a little redundant with all the online tutorials available not to mention TV channels which show fitness tutorials or programmes
