I can't stand food in my teeth. I floss all the time. It is easier for me to floss now because I buy the ones that is on the plastic handle that makes it easier to floss. It is easier for my kids to use them than trying to wind floss around your fingers and teeth.

After recently having a root canal (not as bad as I thought) I've started flossing at least once a day, sometimes two, sometimes more.

If you don't floss regularly it takes some getting accustomed to once you start. Maybe a couple of weeks. It's well worth it to get into the habit of doing it. I once saw this woman flossing in public. People were having lunch and she was there at the table flossing!

well if you floss you should do it everyday. when i eat popcorn or peaches i floss after that meal, but usually at night before sleep. can't imagine my life without it. and i thought you americans are really freaky about stuff like that. so the results really surprised me.

I floss and use a waterpik every night. I just paid a butt load of money to get my gums back in shape with a "deep cleaning". SOOOO not as pleasant as it sounds. I had a couple loose teeth due to bone loss from not flossing. I used to think it wasn't necessary to floss but then I saw my x-rays.

I try to floss every other night, sort of a compromise with myself. Unfortunately, any time there's any upheaval in my life I fall out of the habit, and I just moved to a new state, so...

I floss not daily, but close to it. This may seem crazy, but I keep floss in my car. I live in my car, and am on the run a lot, so I actually floss at red lights.

Anal about brushing twice a day- flossing- not so much... I am always so good about it right after a check-up then I seem to slip back into the once a week route.... BUT it's something I am working on and I just bought a nice power toothbrush too so that was exciting.

I never manage to floss, but my dentist thought I did! He said it could be because I listerine religiously (whenever I can get my hands on it basically ha ha).But I should definitely floss more so my gums are not so sensitive when I do! Thanks fo the reminder!

I keep it on my desk at work, so almost every day. And yes, sometimes more than once. If I get something stuck in my teeth when I eat, I'll just floss my whole mouth since I'm already in there.

I used to floss less when I was younger. I didn't realize how important it was until later. Now I try to floss everyday (give or take two). I definetly want my teeth to be real when I get older. I DON'T want dentures! I'm 25 and cavity free! ::knock on wood:: I want it to stay that way.
