BlondeSugar 8 years Does anyone know of a good Stretching DVD that I could do before and after my workout? I've been looking for one but seem to be coming up short. Vexedlovely 8 years Before i go to sleep and now in the mornings! laurini 8 years I stretch after every workout, and during work about 2x a day (I work in a lab, and no matter how good my shoes are, standing all day really gets my legs and back tight). My favorite is to wake up first thing and do this 25 minute yoga-flexibility DVD to get my heart going a little and my body limber sailing-chick 8 years I try and stretch my back and legs every morning as well, but of late that hasn't happened.
