I just want to point out that peanut butter is definitely good for you - but Skippy is NOT. Same goes for all the major brands - they're usually loaded with sugar and made using partially hydrogenated oils, which turn into trans fats. It's one of the easiest things ever to make your own - all you need is a food processor, peanuts, healthy oil of your choice (coconut, safflower, sunflower), and natural sweetener like honey or maple syrup.
