Ice
1.5 ounces 100-percent agave blanco tequila
1.5 ounces fresh-pressed kale-ginger juice
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon agave syrup
Candied ginger, for garnish

Directions

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with candied ginger.
