Kristen Bell, star of the movie When in Rome, shared this favorite Summer workout in a recent issue of Us Weekly. Hiking or taking the stairs not only burns major calories, but it also strengthens and tones your booty.

I also read that just last week on April 8, Kristen went barefoot to spread the word about One Day Without Shoes — a day devoted to raising awareness about how many children go through life without a pair of shoes to wear. This actress just seems really down-to-earth.
