Tummy problems have a knack for following actress Kristin Davis. At a recent SATC 2 press conference in New York, Sarah Jessica Parker outed Kristin's bout with gastrointestinal issues to which Kristin joked, "I still have to deal with the first movie on a daily basis! So give me a break now everybody!"
