1.5 cups dried beans, soaked — or two to three cans. (Try a mix of kidney, pinto, adzuki, garbanzo, cowboy, and black beans.)
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
2-3 fresh garlic scapes, washed and chopped (or two cloves of garlic)
1 tbsp fresh basil
1 tbsp fresh oregano
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tbsp fresh sage
1 tbsp fresh rosemary
