There's one simple word that'll guarantee you make it to your morning workout: MOOMBA.

The acronym stands for, "my only obstacle may be attitude."

Write it down. Tweet it, pin it and say it to yourself first thing in the morning. This simple word (which is inherently fun to say) has a tremendous power. That's because when you change your thinking, you change your attitude. When you change your attitude, you change your performance. When you change your performance, you change your life. So go ahead and set the right tone for your day!
